Let me introduce myself - I'm Sarah, your friendly owner and artisan at Kingdom Soapery, affectionately known as Lady Sarah due to my playful habit of addressing the wonderful ladies in my life with a cheerful "Ok, Lady" or answering the phone with a casual "Hey Lady!"
Kingdom Soapery has grown into a special home-based business over the years. Each product I create is crafted with care, and I strive for quality, though not all my ingredients are certified organic. While it would be wonderful to label our soap as entirely organic, the lye used, a crucial component in soap-making, is not certified organic. This is a consensus among many soap-making communities I'm a part of, and it's why I refrain from claiming our soap bars are entirely organic. Nevertheless, rest assured that I prioritize providing high-quality, affordable products.
The name "Kingdom Soapery" holds a deep meaning for me. As a Christian, I see myself as part of God's Kingdom, and my business is a reflection of my commitment to honor God and serve others. It's also a wonderful platform to share God's word and bring positivity into the lives of those who engage with our products.
Soap, as a symbol of cleansing, has been on my mind. Much like soap, but infinitely better, is the love demonstrated in the words of Romans 5:8 – "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
I find inspiration in the profound truth that Jesus cleanses us from our sins, allowing us the extraordinary opportunity to be in heaven with Him. This transformative act of love is the ultimate cleansing, and just as soap refreshes the body, Christ's sacrifice rejuvenates our souls.
In the coming weeks, anticipate exciting additions to our website. I've been hard at work on various creations and wanted to share them with you before Christmas. I hope you enjoy exploring the site, and feel free to share your email address to stay updated on upcoming sales and notifications.
